Greater Oak Brook Chamber Economic Development Partnership Council Meeting - Thursday, October 29, 2026

The Economic Development Partnership (EDP) Council is composed of our community’s larger employers and elected and staff representatives of the Village of Oak Brook and City of Oakbrook Terrace. The Council guides the following Economic Development Partnership strategic goals:

• To retain and attract businesses to Oak Brook and Oakbrook Terrace by marketing our properties and community and maintaining low business costs, efficient permitting, signage and zoning processes, and a positive local response to business requests, overall

• To drive significant attractions and events to our community

• To identify and develop solutions to address the transportation and infrastructure needs of local businesses

• To retain and attract talented employees here, with an emphasis on attracting more young professionals and technology professionals
