Meg is a licensed clinical counselor, and has been has over three decades of experience in mental health, counseling and coaching. She specializes in working with successful professionals who struggle to find meaning and purpose in their lives. Oftentimes, these are people who struggle to shut their brain, "off". It may be due to a major transition, such as a fear and uncertainty that the next chapter in their life will be different, a relationship that looks fine, but feels different, or emotional depletion disguised as, "just being busy". Whether it is guilt about needing something for yourself, or not understanding where the person you used to be has gone. She offers this in two formats, Clinical Counseling, and Coaching (Un-Therapy).
